Juggernaut Athletics Xtreme™ – JAX – is a strength and conditioning training method that develops individuals into athletes and enhances athletic performance through constantly varied functional movements executed at the high level. We are located at 2100 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082 . Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from young adults to competitive athletes, and everything in between. Everyone can do JAX, regardless of fitness level.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, boxing, and high intensity cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, drills and trainers.
At Jerome’s Gym, we train the Juggernaut way; harder than most thought they were capable of. Everyday our athletes run though barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our workout training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that is for life in a Juggernaut way. Our training is conducted by 3 of the best athletic, speed, agility and quickness coaches in the DFW Metroplex. We know that each athlete is unique and fitness levels vary. Our Coaches are highly skilled and performing fitness assessments and will tailor activities specifically to meet the needs of the athlete and of the particular sport involved. Our Coaches specialize in training athletes ranging from youth to collegiate to semi-pro and pro levels. The program is constantly varied and delivers noticeable RESULTS!
Jerome’s Gym creates a motivating atmosphere that encourages each athlete to perform at their highest level at all times. Our knowledgeable Coaches are not new to athletic training – instead they have years of experience working with elite athletes at every age and at every level. They are some of the most sought-after Coaches in the Metroplex, and their training techniques have helped many athletes break through to performance levels that earned attention from some of the most prominent teams in the country.
