Jerome Givens – Owner/Master Trainer

Jerome Givens fell in love with weightlifting at the age of 12. Later, when he was 18, Jerome was introduced to a wide variety of training styles by a person who had mastered unconventional training methods. As he became more advance with body building, he began to strive to get the best results not only for his own training, but for his clients as well. When CrossFit came along, Jerome was already doing a modified version of it. Later on he took a competition aspect as a challenge to build a competitive team. Although, Jerome is still in love with body building, he prefers to promote his own brand of total body fitness training since in Extreme Fitness competitions the winner is the one who works the hardest, has the best measurable results and gives 100% of the efforts. While working at 24hour fitness, within only a month Jerome became the #1 trainer and was doing small group training before it was even offered at the gym. That’s how Jerome always stayed at the top of the curve in strength training. In his training program Jerome makes sure to measure and post results and makes members compete against each other in a friendly manner that helps hold each person accountable. Jerome eventually opened his own gym and raised the client base to over 150 members in two short months.

Terry Pruitt

Kevin Dilworth – Athletic Performance Coach

Kevin Dilworth is a World Class track and field athlete and ranks in the Top 10 all time for the Long Jump. Kevin graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B.A. in Psychology, and was a four-time National Champion in the Long Jump, 4×100, and 4×400 relays. Kevin is the most sought after performance specialist in the DFW area. Dilworth was NCAA Div II indoor champion in the long jump in 1995. He was NCAA All-American in 1995 and 1996. He helped the ACU Wildcats to a sweep in 1996 to receive both indoor and outdoor trophies. In 1999 he was U.S. National Champion competed for the U.S. at the IAAF World Championships, World University Games and the Goodwill Games. Through Coach Kevin’s guidance, more than twenty athletes have received Division I & Division II college scholarships. Coach Kevin also enjoys engaging as a motivational speaker at area schools and churches across the metroplex.

Billy Brent – Speed. Agility, Quickness Performance Coach

Billy Brent is a U.S. certified speed, agility and quickness trainer (SAQ). He has worked with hundreds of athletes from the little league level to the professional level in most sports and is one of the most sought after SAQ coaches in the DFW Metroplex. Simply put, Billy Brent’s knowledgeable SAQ coaching techniques deliver RESULTS!

Coach Brent’s SAQ program is designed to improve athletic success through movement and performance enhancement. The key difference between SAQ and traditional training is the emphasis on the neuro-muscular system. The SAQ program bridges the gap between raw strength & explosive movement. It builds on the conditioning base of previous training.
